Cancellation Policy
We know that life happens, and plans can change—so here’s how our cancellation policy works:
1. Cancel 60 Days or More Before the Event
If you let us know 60 days or more in advance, you’ll get a full refund (100%). This gives us time to adjust plans and helps others who may want to join.
2. Cancel Between 59 and 45 Days Before the Event
If you cancel between 59 and 45 days before the event, 50% of your payment will be refunded. At this point, we’ve already made some commitments, like booking venues and preparing materials, so this helps cover those costs.
3. Cancel Within 44 Days of the Event
Cancellations made 44 days or less before the event are non-refundable. By this time, most expenses are already set, so we’re unable to issue a refund.

Please send all cancellations in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Refunds will be sent back to your
original payment method within 7–10 business days.We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us put on a smooth, fun, and high-quality event for everyone!
Media Disclosure Policy
We love capturing memories, and we want everyone to feel comfortable being part of our family reunion! Please take a moment to review our media policy:
1. Photos and Videos
During the reunion, photos and videos may be taken for personal memories, social media posts, or future reunion promotions. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded, unless you notify us in advance that you do not wish to be included.
2. Use of Media
Photos and videos may be shared on family social media pages, group chats, or newsletters to celebrate and document the reunion. Media may also be saved for future reunion planning or promotional purposes.
3. Opt-Out Option
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform the reunion organizers ahead of time or at the event. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your privacy.
4. Respect and Privacy
